Payment Options
At Laulima Volleyball Club, we strive to make payment easy and convenient for our members. We accept payments via check, which should be made out to "Laulima Volleyball Club," as well as through Venmo at our official handle: @laulimavolleyballclub. Both methods ensure that your payments are securely directed to support your athlete’s training and club experience. Please include your athlete’s name and team in the payment memo for accurate processing. If you have any questions, our team is here to help.

Club Dues and Expenses
Participation in the club involves fees that help cover the cost of facilities, coaching, and other essential resources:
Club Fees $2,000: Each player and family will be supporting facility rentals, tournament fees, team spirit packs, and coach resources. These are all included within the club fee, ensuring a streamlined approach to covering the program’s necessary costs. This will be spread out over a monthly fee/payment plan.
Initial Down Payment: A $300 initial down payment is required to secure a spot for our teams in the tournaments we register for.
Payment Plans: If opting into a monthly fee rather than a one time sum, there will be a $340 monthly fee for 5 months until the $1,700 remaining club fee is satisfied.
Paid in Full: If families are able and would like a one-time-payment option, a 10% discount will be applied to the club fee if it can be paid in full. If this option is chosen the total club fee would be $1,800.
Additional Travel Tournaments: Teams that choose to participate in extra travel tournaments will incur additional costs for entry fees, travel, and accommodations. These expenses will be communicated in advance and shared among the participating players. As a rough estimate, each additional travel tournament will be at a cost of $100 per player
Sponsorship Opportunities: We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier for some families. The Laulima Volleyball Club offers potential sponsorships and financial assistance for athletes and families in need. Please inquire with the club for more details on available support and submit the application below to apply for a scholarship opportunity. Scholarships will be chosen based on criteria set by the club owners. Laulima plans to offer a handful of opportunities for scholarships every year!
